Landlord tenant without lease
In Washington state, is it harder or easier to evict without a lease? The power is in hIS name and he has lived there for about 6 months. He hasn’t paid rent for a month and says he will move out but has been dishonest with his other agreements. so looking over my options. Thank you for any advice.
