@Edmond Ashby I’d go to KREIA and try to find someone that invests in the area. Just be sure to get all the info. Lower end rentals can look good on paper but have such high expenses that they don’t cashflow well.

I own a house close to Algonquin. It has been rented since I purchased it in 2015. At first, rent was $750. I increased the rent to $850 in 2016 and just on August 1st, 2018 I got new tenants who are paying $875. I bought the house for 45k in 2015. I just put it up for sale on the Bigger Pockets marketplace this morning. I can send you additional info if you want.
