ADU and main home occupancy change
Hi all,
Found something pretty cool as of August 06, 2018. Property owners no longer need to live on premises when having an ADU. Last I heard as of June - July, it was said you couldn't rent the ADU and main dwelling, but it seems that's changing. Here's the link! Just look under the ownership section!
