Who is responsible for window treatment

I have these four large windows in my living / loft space. I am getting ready to put my space up for rent and my thinking is because the windows are so large, the landlord is responsible for the window treatment. IS that correct or will tenants install their own window treatment? Each window is 58” x 99”. Thanks

Some jurisdictions require the landlord to provide some sort of window cover for bathrooms and bedrooms. As @JD Martin does, we do too. We provide window blinds and install curtain rods for the tenant to use with their own curtains. However, if I had an unusually large window that didn't take standard curtains, then I'd provide the window treatment and choose a basic neutral color. Talk with your incoming tenant and see what they would like to do. They may prefer no window cover at all in a loft living room, depending on how high up the unit is, the area, and what's outside.
