Another name for Landlord

Looking for some fresh and innovative ideas to replace the term "Landlord". Anyone using something different out there to describe yourself to tenants?

I hide what I do at my W2 job. As far as they know, I go home and drink myself into a stupor until my next shift. Bosses really hate learning that they're poorer than their reports. They also hate learning that your wife is better-looking than theirs, and I can't hide that, so I deal with as little other crap as I have to.
