Hey all. I’ve been wanting to get my foot in the door with real estate and I’m thinking about house hacking and land-lording it myself. I don’t have any experience just been reading a lot of material to learn about what’s required. Am I off my rocker?

@Natasha Richardson Nope it’s one of the best ways to get started by using a fha loan and buying an apartment house . Get educated and start saving .
