Lack of addenda ???

Hello everyone, 

Is it just me or is there a lack of addenda in the BP Lease Package? I'm talking about the most basic stuff. Trash & Recyling, military clause, noise, etc.. Is it just me? I'm in Virginia. On another note, the lease package itself looks good.
