Dallas Property Manager / Leasing Agent

I've got a property listed for lease in the North Dallas area. My tenant moved out at the end of May, most of June was consumed with repairs, updates, and cleaning, then it was listed at the beginning of July. Now the place is fully rent ready, but has been on the market for just over two months. We've steadily dropped the rent to get more interest, but I'm concerned my current leasing agent isn't doing enough to get the house rented fast. Can anyone recommend a star management company in Dallas, TX to help me get my rental leased fast? I've got my first baby due this week so the pressure to get the house leased is starting to spike.

I own a local property management company. Feel free to private message me and I will take a look at your property. There's one of three reasons it's not rented. 1) price 2) condition 3) not being actively or aggressively shown. In this market if a property isn't rented within 2-3 weeks I look at those three things.  Would love to help.
