Ok guys so I am super new to rental property management so I will be closing on a 6br/2bth in about two weeks. I already got the appraisal back and it came through above list price so I am super happy about that. Thank you bigger pockets!!! So I will be living in he house and it has the previous tenants still living there and they will be staying there. And each tenant has their own lease, room, deposit, and rent. So I guess I’m just wondering if anyone out there has every done this kind of renting and what are the ups and downs to it and also do you ya e any tips for me. Thanks again!!!!
