New build question - water and sewer included or not?
Hello I’m new to bigger pockets but have some experience building and managing 15 properties. We are getting ready to build 35 more units and curious to pros vs cons on including water and sewer in the rent. We currently make tenants pay it but with the new build we will pay around $40,000 in tap fees to the water company and local sewer psd. What would you all do? Thank you for the help, Brandon
