Rent collection software/websites?

Hi,

Wondering what other landlords recommend for good rent collection software? We have a single family rental in VA, and soon will be renting out a 7-unit multifamily in MA (6 resi, 1 comm). Looking for a simple online solution that can serve both properties.

What are some reasonably priced software solutions / websites you use to collect rent from tenants? And what are other useful features I should be thinking about; like integrating with our LLC bank account, or assessing late fees?
