Latch brand access systems for multifamily door entry

Latch is an amazing looking access system for multifamily. The only catch is it's strictly for 25 units and up. I have 50 units on the same block and apparently that's still a no go. What other comparable systems are out there?

My problem with the latest technology is that it's an unproven technology and it can easily be replaced in 5 - 10 years with something even better, easier, and cheaper. Have you looked at www.landlordlocks.com?
