What App are you using to collect rents?

Can you please let me know what App you are using to collect rents? We use to use eRent but they had issues last year so we've stopped using them.

I started using Cozy in March, it's been great.  I can see online when the tenant submits their rent.  Then 5 business days before I actually have it. I started tracking my maintenance repairs in there as well which is a great tool.

I've had good results with Cozy.co

I use it for background/credit screening as well as rent collection at one of my properties that I self manage.  I don't pay the extra to get rent faster, so it takes around 5 days from when the tenant pays until it hits my bank account.  Free.99 is a great price as well, you get much more than you pay for :)
