Can you please let me know what App you are using to collect rents? We use to use eRent but they had issues last year so we've stopped using them.

    I started using Cozy in March, it's been great.  I can see online when the tenant submits their rent.  Then 5 business days before I actually have it. I started tracking my maintenance repairs in there as well which is a great tool.
