Better software than ezlandlordforms.com
I have been using the professional version of ezlandlordforms.com for a while now. It works well for background checks and state-specific leases and some documents allow esign. I am having trouble creating and printing personalized forms. I use autofill info for existing clients and edit a provided template, which seems to work well. However, I have to download and create a PDF in order to print and see what the tenant will actually receive. (I would like to be able to print from the screen I'm looking at.) Today the document was not WYSIWYG. The document printed from the PDF was not like the saved document I was looking at on the screen.
The process is not at all intuitive - it should be easy! Does anyone have suggestions for better software? I have an LLC with 7 single-family rental homes. It isn't a complicated business.
