Executive furnished rental in Midlothian (Salisbury)?
My husband and I have two beach rentals and are looking to try our hand at an executive rental in Midlothian (Salisbury) right outside of Richmond City. Excellent schools, quick drive into the city, no traffic, coveted neighborhood, huge lot, and we could make the house really nice and completely furnish it. Does anyone know if there is a market for this in that area? Are there only executive rentals in the city? I imagine many people with families would love to be in a nearby suburb with fantastic schools. We wouldn’t need tons of people lining up, just enough to keep one house in use.
