I’m researching different rental property software and stumbled across tenant cloud. It seems to fit my current needs as a landlord: accounting, tenant screening, property reports, and a few other handy features. Does anyone have experience with this software? Pros / cons? Any other software suggestIons? I’m very hands on and in the beginning stages of my landlord experience so cheap to free software is ideal for my current needs.
