Starting a small subdivision
Hi everyone this is my first time posting. I have been doing AC and Heating for the last 35 years and am tired of it. I have some road front property that I would like to turn into a small subdivision of lease houses.
Can anyone tell me what the first steps of laying out a subdivision are and what potential problems should I address before I start building? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
