Philly section 8 “mutual lease dissolution”???
Hey has anyone in philly ever signed a “mutual dissolution of lease” with a section 8 tenant? I’m wondering how it worked with dealing with the Housing authority.

hey Patti Robertson i just noticed that i never replied back. thanks for the advice and the mutual dissolution was painless and went very well much easier than an eviction
