Renovate or sell my duplex in Detroit

Hello everyoneI bought a duplex in Detroit Michigan and I run out of cash to fix it. I was wondering if I should apply for a loan and try to renovate it or sell it. Let me know what you guys think, since this is my first investment property.

Hi Deodat, Do you have some numbers on the property? Going to be hard to give you some thoughts unless I know the ROI, market rents, how much you need to fix it to rent, etc....
