lease option assignment
Hey guys, I came across a term called lease option assignment. Is it basically the same as the lease option where you buy a house with a lease option and pay-off the lease option with the monthly rent from tenants, or is lease option assignment something else? And do I get a monthly cashflow/profit from the lease option assignment, or do I first have to pay off the lease option assignment before I get cashflow?
