Referrals for Property Managers for Seward MPLS and E. St. Paul

Hello Friends.

My wife and I have 10 units/4 buildings in the Twin Cities. We have a young family and I am to the point where I need to find the right property management partner. Does anyone have any referrals? In a perfect world we will find a single partner, but given we have a quad-plex in East St. Paul, and duplexes in the Seward Neighborhood in Minneapolis, we are realistic that we may need two seperate partners who focus in these areas.

Criteria:

Interested in learning the apartment and slowly building relationships with the tenants. We aren't absentee slumlords and we find good people and provide a safe and clean home.

Flexible when it comes to renting. Sometimes we will want to rent out apartments when we have the cycles, and sometimes we will need to off load it. We have a network of contractors and handyman, so having the option to bring in our relationships vs. only the managers relationships is important.

Thank you in advance for any referrals folks may have!

I don’t know if any personally but I would recommend go to Narpm.org and look up property management companies in your area
