Property Manager in NW Indiana

I am closing in a four plex in NW Indiana.  I am an out of state owner and would like to hire a good manager.  The seller was very hands on and I don't want the tenants to feel a drop in service.  Thanks

Just came across this thread. I have a residential portfolio in NW Indiana and getting tired of my current PM. Will appreciate any recommendation/reference for a Property Manager and handyman/contractors.
