New tenant screening recommendation
New tenant screening !
I will have a new tenant on my first property as a landlord officially(previously rented to my family) so I’m wondering what and how or where I should check their score, or background or previous evictions.... how ? Where? Any recommendations? Any websites? Should I pay for it? Or tenant should pay? Or I can get somewhere at no charge? Just asking, any advice is helpful
