Office Space Rental

Hello all,

My wife is opening her own practice later this year and we're starting to discuss office space--a small space with minimal furniture with the potential for her to partner with another person in the same field, thus, a little more space.

Would appreciate any tips/pointers on what to look for aside from shopping for lease rates.
