Advice for first rental property
After 7 years too long of living in my first house I bought well under market value and then fixed up I am finally ready to refinance the property, cash out, and rent it out for my first income property. Any advice anyone has for me on this process, becoming a landlord, running my rental property, anything is greatly appreciated!! Thank you!

Be patient for the right tenant. They will either make your life easy or hell.
