Washer Dry Rehab or no?

There is waahwe dryer hookups in my duplex. should I be providing those for the tenants or let them bring their own. Also if i provide them, should i charge a monthly fee?

In our area we provide washer and dryers.  The cost is minimul and it provides an amenity that your competition doesn’t have.

We can up the rent 25 - 50 a month for having them.  I do not want tenants bringing in appliances and destroying floors and walls.
