Good insurance vs LLC’s

My wife and I own 13 multi family bldgs in Arizona from duplexes to 18 units. We are not sure if we should put each one into an individual LLC or keep them heavily insured. The thought of maintaining separate LLC's intimidates us but we don't want to leave ourselves exposed. Please advise.

Thank you,

Rob & Deb Myers

@Robert Myers it's not an either or, they have two different purposes. Insurance protects the entity that owns the property, the LLC isolates it and protects other entities. You should consider both.
