Indianapolis Local Court Rules Tenant Personal belongings

BP Community:

Indiana gives tenant 90 days to come back and collect their personal belongings after they have been evicted meaning the landlord has to store them in one capacity or another for that 90 days. Fort Wayne/ Allen county has a local Court rule which states that if immediate possession / eviction is granted to the landlord the tenant has 7 days to vacate after the order is granted to the landlord and an additional 14 days to come collect their belongings. However during this time the landlord is not responsible for those belongings and can move them in order to prep the apartment for the next tenant, etc.

Before I try to sift through Marion county Court documents, I am wondering if Indianapolis / Marion county investors can save me some time and tell me if they are aware of a local Court rule similar to this that I can research or if Indianapolis defaults to the state law of 90 days?

Thanks
