Raising monthly rent laws
I am brand new to BP and I am looking at my first property that is an upper/lower duplex which has current tenants in it. Their rent is lower than the area average and I am trying to figure out what the law is In WI for a maximum amount per year the rent can be raised so I can get the rents closer to where they should be.
