Try yelp and hit up a few and interview them. Honestly it was a little difficult finding a good one and I ended up doing it myself and saving cash. I don't mind helping out either with any tips, websites, helping set-up payment etc. I ended up going with Hawaii pacific and went vacant for 2 and a half months costing me 5k. When i rented it myself, I got it rented in 2 weeks. It was a frustrating experience. The really good ones wanted extra fees that I thought were not a good practice such as a 500 dollar tenant finding fee and a 250 resign at the end of the year plus 10-12 percent. Ridiculous with the type of cash flow these homes get.
