Credit Card for Landlords!

Hi all landlords! Just recently became a landlord of a multi-family and was looking for some advice. I do intend on expanding and I have been splitting my expenses on my credit card (between personal and my business ones) as I look for a business credit card. I do enjoy traveling and do travel frequently for work already, so a card like the Amex Plat. or Reserve caught my eye. Personally have the Reserve already. I did have the idea that the cash back or membership from some cards might be more worth it and was hoping for some insight. Would love to hear about some of the higher credit req. cards out there that might be beneficial.

Thank you!

The Citi Costco cash back card adds 2 years to appliance warranties, something that can add up big time.
