Rental agreement, against who?
Hello,
My properties manage by PM company. I'm on the process to replace the existing one to another PM company.
The new PM company has another method, the rental agreement sign between me as the owner of the property and the tenants.
Until now the PM company signed on the agreement against to the tenants and I wasn't a side the the agreement. What is the best method to work with?
