What is your system for collecting rent?

I've always just collected checks on my SFR in the past and that has worked, but I could be closing on a triplex soon and I am worried collecting checks will turn into a headache. Does anyone have a system/app/program that you really like?

Check out Cozy. Rent collection is a breeze and the reporting is a nice feature as well.
