Real Estate Licensing Question, Georgia
I have two jobs. I'm work for my family's business that owns some commercial properties, and now I have also obtained a real estate salesperson license and have affiliated with a brokerage firm.
With Georgia real estate licence regulations, am I allowed to continue managing and leasing my family's property as a salaried employee of the family business (no commissions from leasing activity) without signing any agreements or with the broker I am affiliated with?
