Cozy users---How do you refund deposits?

With the prior rent collection website I used, I could refund deposits (really, any kind of refund) to the tenant's account on file. 

With Cozy, it doesn't seem to be possible to do any type of refund or transaction from landlord to tenant. So how do you get tenants' deposits back to them once they've moved out?
