Smallest Master Bedroom You think is Acceptable

There is a 3BR/2BA 1200 Square Foot SFH listed near my home in an acceptable neighborhood. Master BR is only 11x 11. What is the smallest master you think is acceptable for a rental?

Agree with above.  Obviously people have lived in the house so it is acceptable. ;)

Also lots of houses dont have master bedrooms. They just have bedrooms.
