BRRRR Model Question?? Please help
I'm looking for someone who has a few minutes to perhaps hop on a call to help clarify the BRRRR process. Overall, we understand it but when actually doing the math on some of our potential deals, something goes wrong. I'd love a few minutes of someone's time who's actually doing the BRRRR model to help explain it to me so I can make sure I'm understanding and doing the math right.
