Where can accurate apprisal on home

Hello,

If I want to know how much a home is worth at that moment where can I fnd out how much is worth if you dont have any comps of home sales sold recently. Is zillow or redfin accurate with apprisals or where can I figure out a home price without paying an apprisal?
