Wondering if anyone is familiar with Grand Rapids and Wyoming, MI's rental condition, is it tenant or landlord friendly? Where could we look to find out? Many thanks in advance!

Hello Chao! I am very familiar with this market as its my home town and main focus. Grand Rapids and Wyoming have very good investor opportunities for buy/hold/rentals. The rents in this area have climbed to a very lucrative amount and home prices have not kept pace, so there are easy buy/hold/cash flow homes available in both areas. I'd be happy to help you find something if you need some help. Just send me a message when its most convenient!

@Chao Chang Hi Chao,
Just like any market if you know it well there can be good investing but I like Grand Rapids for three reasons its job and labor growth is both high and diverse, shift in population is a younger demographic ideal for renting and there is still
a housing shortage. If you have questions feel free to reach out.
