Memphis, TN -Looking for a reliable rental management company
Last summer I invested in condos in the Kirby Oaks Condo Complex in Memphis, TX. It has been poorly managed as the rentals are still vacant and vandalized by former tenants that had to be evicted. The previous management company did not perform its services as contracted. Can anyone recommend a management company that has integrity? Has anyone heard of Rickshaw Management Company that was recently recommended to me? Looking forward to your feedback. Thank you. C
