Renting a condo without an agent

I’m getting ready to put my NJ condo up for rent and am looking for some links to good rental forms (application, lease, release of information form, etc...). Also curious about what everyone uses to list their properties and what service to search credit and backgrounds. I know this question has been answered a bunch but I just wanted a more updated answer. Thanks in advance.
