Davis County, Utah Property Managers

Does anyone have any experience with property managers who service Davis County, Utah? I currently have three single family homes that I’ve been been managing from abroad. I’m looking to transition one home immediately to a property management group, then possibly the other two as their leases expire. Any advice would be genuinely appreciated.

Reeder Asset Management is a very involved company in the investor associations.

The guys at Rhino Property Management are good people as well and they charge a flat fee per door not a percentage.
