Ownership Requirements fro Long Beach ADU
Hi BP'ers! I did a quick search on ADU requirements for Long Beach CA (hausible is one of the sites) and it appears that it is allowed to apply for ADU on a rental SFR. Does anybody here actually have done ADU on existing rental property? Thank you!
