Move in/move out inspections service
Good morning BP :-)
Re- Managing long distance rental properties- Would anyone have a suggestion for a service , or company that would provide a field inspection for move in/move out of tenants. Don’t want a full home inspection ( foundation etc). This would be for tenant related checklist at end or beginning of lease.
We like to self manage our rentals and not use a property management company however need assistance with this recurring task on properties that are out of state.
Appreciate in advance any suggestions or solutions.
