Hey everyone, I am renting out a SFH in a suburban area. The house is situated about 40 ft from the main road. It’s a double lane road and is usually only busy when people are going to and from work. They have a big backyard to play in, but it still worries me. Is it a law in New Jersey to have a barrier from vehicles?
