Hello BP Family,

I am in the process of closing on a property that will need some renovations before the house is tenant ready. My primary insurance company will not provide insurance on the property while it’s undergoing renovations and vacant. That said, what are some companies that will provide coverage during this period? I look forward to your responses and thank you so much for help.

Dave
