Fine for wild party?
I was informed by a RE agent awhile back that it just isn't legal to levy a fine on a tenant for running a party that got out of control and had police called in. Is this true?

It is all about the wording in your lease agreement. I personally think that landlords get way too involved in their tenants business. If my tenants pay, the home is not being completely destroyed, and their is not illegal activity goin on, I pretty much leave them be. Just my management style. I never had good luck with my tenants that I played big brother with.
