SFH Rental with Large Lot

I am eyeing a property to potentially buy and do a full rehab on. The 2200 sf home sits on .60 acre lot in a neighborhood with all similar sized homes and lots. My question is...Is that too big of a yard to expect a tenant to mow and take care of properly or Is this something I shouldn't even worry about?
