Cell Towers and Multiplex Buildings

Newbie to BP so I apologize if there has been a post on this previously.

My husband and I are starting into our real estate investing journey. We have noticed some multiplex buildings in residential areas around us have cell towers on them; we would possibly consider adding one if the payout could help cut down building maintenance costs.

Does anyone have a cell tower on a multiplex? Is this something we’d have to disclose to potential tenants at lease signing? Do we have to disclose radiation amounts or get the building tested annually? Is there recourse for a tenant if the cell tower is not disclosed?

I am planning on contacting the local planning and zoning board of the town we are looking to purchase in and ask more details, but wondering if anyone has had experience doing this? I have looked into our state laws (CT) but can’t find much info.
