I have a broken sewer pipe and is creating a lake in my yard. Landlord has known for days now. Is there any recourse for no action? :shoot:

I feel like I am sleeping with the enemy..

Yes, you can escrow the rent until it is fixxed. I would also call the local health department and city inspectors.

Be careful though, they may shut you down and tell you that you gotta move.

Bless me Father for I have sinned. I went aginst a fellow landlord... LOL!
